Today the IV Calderón Campus ended and although I finished very tired because I have shared many hours on the Campus and I had to shared it with my training with Joan Ramon Tarrago, I would like to thank you all for your support, your participation and your work. It would be very long to thank one by one, so I hope you understand I mention only some, but not forgotten anyone.
First, I want to thank the 350 participants of the Campus this year that have closed the enrollment in less than fifteen days. I appreciate your presence, your love and faithfulness, since most of you have repeated this experience. Secondly, to all the sponsors and partners, paying special attention to Marca Extremadura, without whose sponsorship would it have been impossible to provide all that this campus has. I also want to emphasize the collaboration of the FEB with the lead of President José Luis Sáez. Finally, I want to thank the entire team of coaches, supporters and collaborators who have made this campus a reality. It would be unfair to forget some, so I'm going to allow personalizing in the Director, Jose Calderon, my father, and in the administrator, my brother Carlos Calderon.

Led by Andreu Casadevall and Manolo Aller, today ended the activity that for six days have developed the 14 players invited by the FEB to improve their basic skills. The objective was to help them develop the aspects of their game that are more closely related to the guards and point-guards positions, as reading the game, the decision-making and the foundation of the shot. With the participation of the famous shooting coach Dave Hopla and the collaboration of Anthony Parker and Jose Calderon, they were able to perform the intended work and the players have been very pleased with the experience. They have trained and shared experiences with top-level professional players and seen how they work and how they prepared to endure in a league as demanding as the NBA.

Anthony shared his experience as a professional player with the participants of the IV Calderón Camp throughout the day yesterday. The Cleveland Cavaliers player and teammate of Lebron James, participated in all activities of the campus and had time to tell his personal experiences in the Euroleague and the NBA. Anthony, who speaks a little Spanish (his wife is from Puerto Rico), pleased everyone with his friendly and loving personality. Anthony has been MVP of the Euroleague and a major player in Toronto and Cleveland, he set an example of how a big sports star should be.

This morning, the famous coach Dave Hopla, has taught a clinic to all the participants of the Calderon Campus. Coach Hopla, with over twenty years of professional experience, has shown all his knowledge about the shooting technique and has delighted the boys and girls in the Campus and answered all their questions.

Guillermo Fernández Vara (President of Extremadura), accompanied by the Vice-President of the Extremaduran Commonwealth and the Mayor of Cáceres, visited the facilities of the Universidad Laboral de Caceres where the IVth Campus Calderón was held which started yesterday. Accompanied by José Manuel Calderón and Jose Calderon (Director of the Campus), they visited the training facilities and saw some of the 350 participants that have come to Cáceres this year.

This afternoon, with the presence of José Manuel Calderón and his guest, Anthony Parker (Cleveland Cavaliers), the IV Calderon Campus has been inaugurated in the town of Caceres. The training sessions have started this afternoon with 350 boys and girls and with the participation of José Manuel himself, Anthony Parker and the famous shooting coach Dave Hopla. The Campus has as a novelty, the presence of the best 16 Spanish national players born in 94 and 95 that play in the guard and point-guard position. This special group has attended the campus specifically to learn the "secrets" of Jose Manuel Calderon.
